These terms apply when you use Interview Decoded.
Interview Decoded is run by Rob Oates. By using this website or buying a prep pack, you agree to these terms.
What Interview Decoded provides
Interview Decoded creates a focused interview prep pack from a job advert and your CV, LinkedIn text, work history, or experience notes.
A paid prep pack currently includes:
- one generated interview prep pack for one specific role
- up to three follow-up updates
- the ability to copy or download the output
What the tool does not provide
Interview Decoded is an interview preparation tool. It does not guarantee:
- that you will get an interview
- that you will get a job offer
- that every likely interview question will be predicted
- that every output will be complete, perfect, or suitable for every situation
You are responsible for checking the output and deciding what to use.
Your input
You agree not to submit information that you do not have the right to use.
You should not submit unnecessary sensitive information, confidential employer information, medical records, legal documents, financial details, passwords, or anything security-critical.
The quality of the prep pack depends on the information you provide. Rough notes are fine, but missing or unclear information may lead to a less useful output.
AI-generated output
Interview Decoded uses AI to generate prep material. AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, or wording that needs checking.
You should review and edit the output before using it in real interview preparation.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. I do not receive or store your full card details.
Prices are shown before checkout.
Refunds and cancellation
Because Interview Decoded provides digital content and generates a personalised prep pack shortly after purchase, refund rights may be affected once the tool has been used.
If something has gone wrong, or you paid but could not access the tool, contact me at YOUR_EMAIL_HERE and I will try to resolve it fairly.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have.
Availability
I aim to keep the website working, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, payment provider issues, AI provider issues, or other events outside my control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to bypass payment, overload the service, reverse engineer the tool, or use it for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Changes
The product and these terms may change over time. The latest terms will be posted on this page.
